In every recurring scenario there is a moment when you act “on autopilot”: you agree, stay silent, run away, rescue. This is where the program replays itself. Noticing that moment is already half the work.
3. Develop the quality of the top point
The top energy of the tail is the medicine. If it holds the energy of responsibility, the lesson is to take it on rather than pass it to others. If it holds the energy of love, it is to learn to choose with your heart rather than out of fear.
