The health map in the Destiny Matrix: how to read the chakras

The health map is one of the most interesting parts of the Destiny Matrix. It shows how energy is distributed between the seven chakras: where you are strong, where you lose strength and which areas are worth supporting. Here is how to read it.

The health map is a self-knowledge tool, not a medical diagnosis. It suggests what to pay attention to, but it doesn’t replace a doctor.

How the health map is built

The map is a table of seven chakras and three columns:

  • Physical — the energy of the Earth line: the body, actions, the material;
  • Energy — the energy of the Sky line: inner resource, thoughts, the spiritual;
  • Emotions — the sum of the first two: how you live it through.

At the bottom is the energy field: the overall total for all chakras.

The seven chakras and what they govern

  1. Sahasrara (crown) — connection with meaning, worldview, quality of thinking.
  2. Ajna (forehead, eyes) — intuition, clarity of vision, goals.
  3. Vishuddha (throat) — self-expression, communication, the right to a voice.
  4. Anahata (heart, chest) — love, acceptance, relationships.
  5. Manipura (solar plexus) — will, boundaries, personal power. This is the center of the matrix.
  6. Svadhisthana (lower abdomen) — pleasure, desire, money, creative energy.
  7. Muladhara (base of the spine, legs) — safety, the body, material support.

How to read the map: three steps

1. Find repetitions

If one energy repeats in several chakras, it sets the tone for the whole body. Read its description in the plus and minus.

2. Compare physical and energy

A big gap between the Earth line and the Sky line in one chakra often means an inner conflict: the body wants one thing and the head another. That is exactly where tension arises.

3. Look at emotions

The emotions column shows how you react to strain in this area. It hints at which emotional habit takes your strength.

How to support weak areas

On CODE each chakra has practices. A few general principles:

  • Sahasrara and Ajna — silence, sleep, a journal, limiting information noise.
  • Vishuddha — speaking about your needs, creativity, singing, honest conversations.
  • Anahata — gratitude, forgiveness, breathing practices, close relationships.
  • Manipura — decisions without postponing, sport, clear boundaries.
  • Svadhisthana — pleasure without guilt, creativity, working with money.
  • Muladhara — a routine, walking, a financial cushion, caring for the body.

The health map and the program of the year

In years when the energy of the year matches the energy of a problem chakra, the theme becomes sharper. It is worth looking at your forecast by year in advance and planning more recovery.

Frequently asked questions

What does the same number in all three columns mean?

The energy sounds as a whole — in the body, the resource and the emotions. It is a strong area, but in the minus it amplifies a problem “threefold” too.

Can the health map be improved?

The numbers don’t change, but the pole does. Moving an energy from the minus to the plus feels like more strength and less tension.

What if a particular area bothers me?

See a doctor. The map helps you see which life themes may be linked to tension, but it doesn’t make diagnoses.

Summary

The health map shows where you draw strength and where you lose it. Calculate your matrix, choose a chakra row to read its interpretation — and start with one practice for the weakest area.
